An interesting concept. Will air travel now pick up, with passengers actually 'hoping' for the chance to deck someone, perhaps paying the extra amount, vying for a first class seat to be 'close to the action'?

Yes, in light of the attacks on Sept. 11, the response is required, and yes, new passenger/crew guidelines are probably on there way to the printers now.
