It's the Congressional Budget Office. A pretty good source.
You can get income tax data from the IRS website (start with Table 5 and 6 here), but they don't factor in payroll taxes, which any fair analysis would have to do.
The tables are Excel spreadsheets. If a password box comes up just hit "cancel." It loads as read-only.
