Olympic skating controversy buried under pile of gold medals
Apparently the two Canadian skaters who were cheated...er, I mean, who won silver have now been awarded gold medals. Even those nasty...er, I mean talented Russkies can keep their gold medals too!
Whether the Canucks deserved to win gold or not (I'm not that fine a judge of skating!) the Olympic powers that be have swept what could have, and probably should have been, an embarassing mess under the carpet.
Man, I wish real life worked that way!! I'd have my own private office and Lear jet by now.
