I'm not one of these bbs wack jobs that sees some megaconspiracy here. Just unbridled greed and immorality unchecked by an accounting system that compromised its responsibilities by consulting (on how to dodge reporting) while doing audits. This shortsightedness has temporarily destroyed confidence in all corporate reporting further lowering the stock market and our 201Ks. But even this was a minor sin compared to what the Enron execs did. No punishment within the law is too harsh for those sons of pups.
