Re: Bush plan: Hold CEO's personally responsible
As a beilever in the concept of accountability, I love the concept but share your quandry about the implementation. I do not understand why Boards of Directors do not hold their CEOs to greater accountability. After all, they are among the ones holding the bag after the CEO debacle. I think it's because their greed for quick financial gain overwhelms their better business judgement.
And of course the question is responsible for what?
