After talks in Downing Street, Blair said: "There is a threat from Saddam Hussein and the weapons of mass destruction that he has acquired. It is not in doubt at all."
Britain and America were last night drawing up battle plans to take out evil Saddam Hussein.
Tony Blair met US Vice President Dick Cheney exactly six months after the September 11 atrocities.
They are considering whether to arm Iraqi rebels, assassinate the dictator, or launch a full-scale invasion.
The Prime Minister vowed the Iraqi leader would be "properly dealt with" as the allies' war on terror continues.
The pledge increases the chance of Gulf War II beginning this year.
It is feared Saddam has chemical and biological weapons and stands on the brink of having nuclear bombs. United Nations weapons inspectors have been banned from the country.
