Government efficiency in action
The INS is having a tough week. First, 60 Minutes ripped them a new one last Sunday night with a segment showing how INS officials have lied to government investigators and still get promoted to top positions. The show highlighted the inefficiency and outright corruption at the INS. Now, there's this article. Don't you just love government efficiency (as big an oxymoron as liberal thinktank or civil war).
