I saw a report late lately that China has only 20 ICBMs. Doesn't seem like much.

I read a report in the 80's by a Russian ex-military "official" who said that the Soviet Union planned an actual attack on the U.S. The only thing that stopped them from carrying it out was a possible retaliatory strike by China.

How hard can it be to take out 20 missiles?
