The Asian Development Bank has unveiled a 200-million-dollar aid package to rebuild war-ravaged Afghanistan.
The money includes a special concessional loan for "rapid-impact projects" in agriculture, infrastructure, irrigation systems and pilot projects in earthquake-prone areas.
In addition, the bank will provide a 15-million-dollar technical assistance grant to Kabul for "capacity building to support the government".
The ADB has already pledged 500 million dollars in concessional loans and grants to Kabul over the first two and a half years of the transitional government.
