To answer your first question,

Yes, the US would be outraged. If boatloads of these Jews were dumped into New York by a foreign power with enough military muscle to dictate terms to us, the natives. And that foreign power, along with other even more powerful allies told these Jews to build a nation, in the middle of New York. And further, supported them to the tune of... how many billions of dollars is it, by now?

Obviously there is a flaw in the analogy because of the difference between 40s/50s Palestine and New York. But don't blame me for that, it was your analogy!

Regardless of the difference (and Publius' insistence that there was no recognized sovereign nation there), there certainly were natives. And oddly, those natives thought the land was theirs!

To make some observations about your second question:
I doubt that many Jews want to live in most of those countries. I would guess that some Jews do live in Jordan (diplomatic corp?).

Likewise: believe me when I tell you that there are a lot of places in Los Angeles where I could not live for very long, with my transluscent/pink complexion. That's just the way things are.

Does that answer your question? Did it bring me closer to knowing "who is really to blame for the violence in the Middle East"? (It was the Clintons, right?)
