Actually, his willingness to say things like that might indicate that he's not serious about office. He's smart enough to understand how it works. And I'd LOVE to know what he thought of Reagan's "I've outlawed the Soviet Union..." jest. Hey, if a joke is just a joke, then can't a President have a little fun too?
