A very cynical jerk might say the guy seems to go for the leaders of governments he doesn't like which oil. This one was a democracy, Saddam isn't.
Looks as if the US fomented this one, not just condoned it. It's cost the US the moral high ground in South America, left a lot of folks leery.
Not to worry. Powell can tell 'em if they don't have oil, or if they do, and they sell it to who Bush likes they're safe.
Nothing is more worrisome than your basic random overthrow of foreign governments.
