<Rumsfelds big worries

According to this Newsweek article, Rumsfeld says the manpower is stretched too thin now, AND they're out of money.

They can print money, that's not a long-term problem, but having the manpower stretched at what seems to be far-flung but not deep involvements is a surprise, at least to me.
