Couple of things.
One, Bush could only watch some of the things Bill did in office. That's a good thing.
Two, it was probably good liquor and not a bad pretzel. That's a bad thing. (Not even Gerald Ford blamed his falling down on a bad pretzel. Bad pretzel, my foot!)
