Very understandable!
2 westerners arriving with their bikes would have been most welcome and would have been fed, and given a room for the night. Those 2 visitors would be making huge efforts to make themselves understand
Now, there are heavily armed soldiers, unable to properly communicate with the locals.
All that matters is a good understanding between the troops and the local population, but somehow I don't believe it will happen.
Will history repeat itself?
