Following Baruch Goldstein's murdurous rampage in 1994
(he killed 29 Palestinian civilians in the West Bank before being beaten to death himself, actually the one instance I can think of where Palestinians should be commended for killing a Jew...)
anyway, following this attack, the Israeli government outlawed several extremist Jewish organizations, arrested members, outlawed and dismantled any shrine at Boruch Goldstein's grave, and passed a law forbidding members of the Knesset to engage in racial incitement.

I don't believe there's been another major attack by Jewish terrorists on Palestinian civilians in the 8 years since. Certainly nothing on the magnitude of Goldstein's attack.
