I love the foreign policy goal which Lipscomb attributes to the other governments in the region: a derire by them to throw US foreign policy off-course by stepping up the pressure on Israel. Absolute and utter fuckinbg bullshit.
Earlier, these goverments had 1 goal, which was the destruction of Israel. For the last umpteen years, since Israel's overwhelming military superior capabilities are known and respected, their main goal has been to stop Israel's further expansion and try to get some kind of status vivenid in place so they can get on with their lives.
