You made me go back and reread both letters. I guess that grabbing someone's flag and stepping on it is a punishable offense. And whatever the law decides the crime is, and it's punishment, I heartily support.

Other than that, it looks like very bad, but legal, behavior. I don't get the "riot" reference, though.
