and my take on it
obviously, changes need to be made to the structure of the US anti-terrorism effort. These need to be hashed out quietly in committee, where all sources can be openly discussed.
As far as Bush Jr goes, I guess the important thing to do is to remember to listen. It's hard to do when so many people are yelling at you promoting their own agendas, but you have to figure out a way: what counts most, and who to listen to most closely.
