Belgian Security Chief Resigns
This corageous woman resigned because of her office's inabillity to execute the security mission. This is a European/Japanese, etc. cultural trait I'd like the colonies (US) to adopt, both in govt and in industry. Sad to say, large company "free enterprise" in the US rewards failed execs with big golden parachutes.
