Pilots involved with "friendly fire" incident will face an Article 32 hearing
According to this article, the joint Canadian-US investigation into the incident that killed 4 Canadian soldiers has been completed. The two pilots involved will probably be referred to an Article 32 hearing (similar to a grand jury) for possible (probable) courts marshall. This case seems to be more than a simple mistake.
