So how many years in Prison for Bernie Ebbers are needed to deter future exec's from committing similar "Crimes Against Capitalism"?
I think 25 years of hard time would be a good start.
But then I'm a Law & Order type unwilling to listen to the extinuating circumstances that forced Ebbers to steal a few thousand dollars from me and Billions from all the other Worldcom investors.
Ditto: Global Crossing, Enron, etc...
