A real paradigm shift. Switzerland 'finally' joins the UN.
As a teenager, 30 years ago, who was fascinated with geography and history, I could never imagine Switzerland joining
NATO, or the UN, or the EEC.
Even 20 years ago, ti was unthinkable.
Now, At least one of those things has come to pass.
Switzerland is now the 190th nation
to become a member of the UN.
Could the EEC and NATO be next for Switzerland?
