Y are those SCIENTISTS always described as "MAD"
When they want global domination (Bond films), to rule the world/economy, or to set forth a devestating catastrophe on the US/Western Europe(circle one) in exchange for vast amounts of weatlh?... HUH?.... Take for instance tonite's critically accaimed TV show, SHE SPIES on NBC, the guy who develops a small bomb is always described as the MAD scientist...maybe a little off center or eccentric, but MAD???? Nawwwww......... Stay tuned.......
