Dismantling governments
<...Both governments need to be dismantled, stone by bloody stone, and replaced.
Not a bad idea on the face of it, but we forget something.
Arafat has been in charge of the Palestinians since 1969.
How many governments has Israel had in the time during which Arafat has gone on and on? How many prime ministers with wide variations in political leanings and their willingness to compromise? How many American presidents trying to broker peace?
Let's try, just once, replacing the Palestinian leadership for a change.
