We have active slavery, from sex slaves to farm workers.
And where else is human sacrifice practiced?
A good ol' fashioned moral crusade/jihad against all of these practices would seem to be in order.
Hunt down the hunters and traders, jail 'em and kill 'em, rip up their infrastructure, and enforce the laws.
Shut down the temples of any group that won't knuckle under.
Destroy the governments that won't end vile practice.
