That should be idiotic
a. Immigrants are not commonly rioting in the streets, neither are they causing crime waves.
b. Jacques Chirac is not a lefty at all, and neither is the parliament (read a newspaper once in a while, why dont ya?)
c. While I tend to agree with Larry here, I have reservations about banning a "political" party. But please remember that one of their members did try to assassinate the Prez - they are hardly suppressing the guy's right to "speak" about it, or is using a gun part of your definition of free speech?
