If there were any VP's who left WorldCom a few years back under suspicious circumstances then they can expect to be indicted as well.

Resigning to avoid a scandal doesn't save you from being scrutinized.

I'm with CNBC's Jim Cramer on this one: I can't believe there aren't more Former execs and directors suddenly leaving the country without giving a forwarding address.

People are angry. No, strike that...they are justifiably seething...Serious jail time will happen.
