Just why would any business locate in CA?
The Midwest is much less expensive and centrally located.
Of course in Iowa we have a tax and spend governor of our own.
We had a $1 Billion surplus when he took office 4 years ago: Its gone.
It is great that the highway patrol is no longer on the interstates though. You can now get from one end of the state to the other in a little under 4 hours...
