Much as I hate to rub your nose in it again*, as you are beginning to look like a Pekinese from the repetition, the lawsuit placed by the NAACP does not contain the word "fraud," nor is a legal accusation of fraud or criminal intent anywhere in it. That is, of course, why it's a class action lawsuit, and not a criminal prosecution. The suit basically claimed lousy or ineffective election procedures, and listed a number of recommended solutions for it, most if not all which were adopted as part of the settlement.
I was going to document the fact that the lawsuit, like the premeditated Democratic attempt to steal the election in the first place, including disenfranchising military votes (where's the lawsuit for THAT?), was ginned up for political purposes using a massive coordinated effort to convince hundreds of people that their vote had been somehow "stolen" by the Republicans.
I could also have documented proven Democratic dirty tricks in states like Missouri and Wisconsin during the election of 2000, but I suddenly realized: who cares any more? What's the point? Bush is President, and Gore is not. Gore's crew brought a knife to a boxing match, and for a change, the Republicans responded with another knife, instead of rolling around on the floor clutching their busted testicles and whining about the Democratic low blows like they usually do. The Republican citizens protesting outside poll counting places was worth the price of admission alone.
*Actually, no I don't. I like it.
