How many times more WMD's does even Israel have compared to Iraq?
How many times more WMD's does the US have compared to Iraq?
Imagine Saddam decided to attack a country, by surprise...Against which one will it be more effective? He simply cannot attack a country without all the others knowing about it. He knows very well what kind of reaction an attack to Israel will get from the US.
He cannot be victorious in any attack, he knows it since 1991.
Does Saddam have spysats, aircraft carriers? Does he even have air supremacy in his own country?
The real threat is a network of terrorists who are hiding in our countries.

There is absolutely no certainty that organization is finished.
