I'm skeptical, but not dismissive
of the potentially terrible possibility.
It seems, the Pravda newspaper has run an issue dealing with the story [however sensational] that Ukraine, which HAD
2400 nukes in its inventory [in 1991]
can only account for 2200 of them.
That would be 200 Ukranian nukes [supposedly] unaccounted for.
Saddam and Osama [if he's alive] would surely be interested.
