Whats funny is that all the people who used to say, "I wish I would have got in the market back when it was under 8,000..." are now runing for the exits at exactly the wrong time.

The market is one sick puppy, but in time it will return to new highs...It just might take 5 or 10 years...Apparently that's not fast enough for "investors" who thought they were virtually guaranteed a 25% annual return.

But we are at nearly full employment, immigrents continue to flow into the US economy, and the budget is nearly balanced.

Given a choice of being here, or being stuck with the economy of 1979, I'd gladly take the here and now...
