The award could be shaped as a wagging finger. (molded after the one he pointed at reporters and the US during an infamous news conference.)
But Bush is to blame for everything! I love it. The man is omnipotent, omnipresent and all the world's politics revolve around him.
He MUST be a real LEADER to inspire such ire and rate such hate.
