Osama was never found; his fate is completely uncertain. The network has been hit but nobody can be certain it won't strike again. In fact, it has in Pakistan and Tunisia. The roots of the motivations of the terrorists have not been recognized and dealt with. It's a worldwide problem and the US needs everyone's cooperation on that. It's not the moment to alienate themselves the countries where the network operates under cover.
