We couldn't (or wouldn't) detect Al Qaeda operatives in the United States prior to 9-11-2001, but now we can spot them in Iraq.

Well, at least National Security Advisor Condoleezza Rice says she can spot them, and so can Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld.

And you know, Mr. Rumsfeld once shook Saddam's hand in Baghdad, so maybe that experience has given him some special insight on this issue, just like it does on the biowarfare front.
