If the past decades of Hussein's behavior, only partially chronicled in the links I posted here, are not enough for them to make a rational judgment, then I have to conclude either they are mind-bogglingly stupid--not beyond the realm of possibility--or that they have a political agenda that surpasses their desire to support basic human rights.
