It is easy to blindside them regularly.
It is telling that Iraq has in fact stepped up their anti-aircraft campaign since their loudly proclaimed reacceptance of inspections.
And now they are stretching out the negotiations for the inspections.
The Iraqis, and their pals in this country, are so predictable.
