By tommorow there will be several conditions that the Iraqi's will say must be met...In fact, there is already one: No Palace inspections.
next maybe no kindergarten, hospital, or Mosque inspections.
The UN thinks it won a big one today. But in a few hours it will prove to be the status quo all over again.
I'm not sure which is more predictable...The UN gleefully announcing that we have achieved peace in our time or Iraq forcing the UN to eat its own words.
