The biggest loophole
Is that it is deeply and profoundly unconstitutional.
Signing it to just shut everyone up from the spamming lies supporting it (a la Bowser) was probably worth it, just to get it into court where any judge, even a brain dead liberal, would be obligated to toss it out into the shredding bin.
If McCain in reality was half the hero his suffering should have made him, he would not have foisted this pos on us.
