One shot one kill
When you kill unarmed innocents for no reason other than hate, the feedback will be tremendous.
At the ratio of regeneration with what this person has already done - this person is likely going to be an unarmed human target/statistic for about hundred lifetimes...and likely be completely paranoid to boot. In fact their present mental judgement or lack thereof may already be completely whacked from having engaged in this ping pong pattern of killing and being killed.
