<"As a citizen of the US and the world, I am glad that Tony Blair will be weighing the risks and making the calls," he said.

How exactly can you be a citizen of the world?

I was unaware the world issued citizenship papers.

I guess I must be woefully uninformed, however it seems that this is just that PC-speak that really means nothing but is meant to discount his actual citizenship of the US. Believe me, if we could revoke Clinton's US citizenship in favor of some fancied "world citizenship" i'm sure we would try to do it.

;-)

Love that PC blabber-speak.
