To quote your comment above to Bowser: "...it is called freed (sic) speech..." Clinton is entitled to it too.
In no way does that make him an "illegitimate" ex-president - whatever that is supposed to mean. Furthermore, neither of Clinton's two elections as president by the American people will ever be considered illegitimate, or even questionable.
