When I was 11 years old I could plink coke bottles at 30-50 yards standing with a .22, not equipped with a scope. Many of my friends were better shots than me. Rifles are magnitudes easier than pistols.

I am not a hunter and I haven't fired a rifle in over 20 years but I have the knowledge he talks about and I have no doubt that with a scope, I could hit a 8-12 inch target using a .223 from a braced position at 100 yards.

Digressing, I really doubt that this is a muslim terrorist due to the god reference on the tarot card. That just doesn't fit. What i worry about is future snipers. If I am a Islamic radical I am watching this unfold with keen interest.
