So now it’s because the terrorism insurance and energy measures haven’t passed that the economy is in the tank, which is draining fast.

Not a clue. The guy is absolutely clueless. And, he’s on his way to a fundraiser. Now, for a country supposedly at war, for the CinC to be campaigning full time would seem a little silly, wouldn't it.

Unless it's truly about oil.

Because with enough money you can fool some of the fools all of the time.
