Cynthia McKinney is trying to have her primary loss overturned, in what is becoming a standard Democratic tactic:

I don't like the way this election is going, or has gone, and so I'm going to court and changing the rules.

Apparently, according to the lawyers, having an election turn out other than the way some Democratic voters wanted it to is enough to "disenfranchise" them. Anyone who thinks McKinney is not directly behind this is welcome to come look at a bridge I'm selling.

Look for a massive movement in this direction after the next election. A multi-pronged effort in many different courts will diffuse public outrage, and much skulduggery will be done out of the public limelight.
