Why not. The Palestinians are on the brink of getting one.
The Kurds in Turkey can then choose: Move to Kurdistan, or stay in, and live under Turkey.
But then a Kurdish homeland won't sooth the Kurds anymore than a Palestinian homeland will sooth the Palestinians. To bad greed always gets in the way of peace. Solomon had it right when he decided it was best to give all or nothing.
