After some quiet litigation, and a quick assessment of my more easily liquidable holdings, it was determined that neither side would be able to break even on such a suit, let alone profit in any way. I shook hands, determining it would be best to simply call it a day -- and to eventually attempt in some way to return to my previous life style. The trauma remains with me, but I consider myself to be in recovery.
