Victim dies - no definite link confirmed yet
According to CNN.
I've got to wonder, even though the latest victim died, if the sniper is puposely making body shots that are not necessarily fatal. As someone else pointed out, even an average marksman would be able to make deadly shots at the range that seems to be involved.
