If I were Iranian, I don't think I'd like the US invading Iraq. Might not be opposed to a "regime change", wouldn't want more American troops on my border.

A check of a map would show that

1: I'd be surrounded by the US,

2: I would be on their "axis of evil" list, and

3: I had oil. Lots of oil.

Not a great place to be what with Bush-Cheney and Halliburton, et al.

I might be tempted to "loan" a couple of nukes to a neighbor to ensure not being surrounded by whatever interests are driving the US.

And again, I might not. Might not want them using nukes on me after all this is over.
